Beginner-friendly Running Course
Want to get fitter this year but don’t know where to start?
The next Adult Beginners Running Course starts in just under a month!
Running is good for your body, it’s good for your mind, and it’s good for your self-esteem. A beginner’s course is also a great way to meet new people and make new friends. Plus, it’s the perfect route back to running for anyone who’s had to take time out because of injury or ill-health.
Regular, enjoyable movement, like running, can also support overall health. We will support you to improve fitness, confidence, and wellbeing at your own pace.
This course is beginner-friendly, inclusive, and supportive, with no pressure to be “fast” or “fit” — just a chance to move more, feel good, and have fun.
9am on Saturday mornings from 21 February to 25 April.
£30 for all 10 weekly sessions
