Carers Get-Together Music Event

Are you a Carer in Ringmer? Come and meet other carers, share experiences and get some much needed respite yourself!

Heather from Music for Health is coming for a fun, interactive musical afternoon. singing, listening , rhythm work, music quiz .
She will bring percussion, ribbons, batons and her plastic plates to play!
Heather ‘s sessions are always lots of fun and uplifting.

• Drink and biscuits provided and a chance to talk to other carers before the session starts at 2pm.
• This a free event for all carers
• Ringmer Scout Hut 1.30pm-3.30pm
