Foundry Parkrun Takeover

Come and join us this October for our biannual Foundry Take over of our wonderful local Parkrun.

Would you like to improve your fitness? Autumn is a lovely time of year to start running.

Anyone is welcome to Parkrun, whether you want to walk or get a personal best on the 5km route. It’s a lovely wooded route at Malling Rec, starting at the Malling Community Centre 9am.

Foundry nurses, receptionists, doctors, paramedics and social prescribers will be volunteering as marshalls for this event to show our support but also to give some of the volunteers a well earned break.
