Are you living with cancer, recovering from cancer or supporting someone who is? Come and join the Foundry Social Prescribing team and Macmillan to discover local support, connect with others and join in a conversation about what is needed locally for those with cancer to improve wellbeing.

This is a FREE event but places are limited to 30 so please book online via Eventbrite or at one of our surgery reception desks.

At this event you can:

• Learn about local support and wellbeing services

• Meet people who can help you access support

• Connect with others affected by cancer

• Share your ideas and experiences

• Help shape future support in your community
