Fun and fitness together
We train on Monday evenings, 20.00 – 21.30 (19.00 – 20.30 during summer months), excluding Bank Holidays.
These sessions typically consist of a mix of training and games (6 vs 6, 7 vs 7, 8 vs 8, etc), depending on the number of attendees on the evening, along with some drills and coaching.
We currently run two men’s squads, an Over 50s and an Over 60s, both train on Monday evenings. We do have some players aged under 50, however they are not eligible to play in any Friendlies or Tournaments where there are age restrictions. The participation in Friendlies and/or Tournaments is entirely optional.
