A welcoming space for carers to relax, connect and recharge
A peaceful place to meet other carers, enjoy refreshments or lunch from the café, and take time out for yourself.
You can:

join in creative activities

chat with guest speakers

simply unwind with a walk in the woods or a visit to the donkeys.
Free complementary therapy sessions and welfare advice are also available.
When: Every Thursday from 9:30am to 1:30pm at St Peter and St James Hospice.
