Community Yoga at SoulfitCost: Low cost
The team at Soulfit have set up this community yoga session for non members.
Never tried Yoga but would like to? Already practising yoga but would like to join in with like minded people? This session is open for anyone from beginners to those that are more experienced.
Not sure if Yoga is for you? Come and and join a session that will leave you feeling energised and calm at the end of the week.
Can’t make it in person? Online sessions also available.
Every Friday 5:30pm-6:30pm
