Support for Carers of People with Personality Disorder or Emotional Intensity
This free online course is for unpaid carers who support someone with Personality Disorder or emotional intensity difficulties. Run by the East Sussex PICT team, the course helps carers understand these conditions, learn strategies, and connect with others in similar situations.
When: Course Dates (2026)
- Spring: 18th February to 25 March (Wednesdays, 6 to 8 pm)
- Summer: 27th May to 1 July (Wednesdays, 6 to 8 pm)
- Autumn: 7th October to 11th November (Wednesdays, 6 to 8 pm)
Where: Online via Microsoft Teams (support available for accessing Teams)
