Craniosacral Therapy is an evidence based, gentle, hands-on therapy designed to help people suffering with a range of symptoms including chronic pain, stress, headaches, sleep disturbance and peri-menopausal symptoms.
A low-cost community clinic runs in Ringmer every Friday (9am–3pm), with sliding-scale and pay-what-you-can options to improve accessibility. Additional low-cost sessions and appointments are offered at other locations by appointment.
