Foundry Healthcare Lewes, NHS Primary Care Network, offer a free Health and Wellbeing Service for Young People, Wednesday Afternoons at Foundry: St Andrew’s. Please note this session is pre-bookable only.
The 1:1 session is available to Young People aged 12 to 18 years who are registered with Foundry.
A Health & Wellbeing Youth Worker will be there to:
- Listen and give support
- Share helpful advice
- Connect you to other services
