Our aim is for every parent and carer in East Sussex to feel heard, supported, and confident in supporting their child’s wellbeing.
We offer a safe, friendly place to talk, connect, and know you’re not alone.
We provide one-to-one support (in person or by phone), coffee mornings, workshops, and webinars.
Parents can refer themselves or be referred by a professional.
Our team has lived experience and truly understands what you’re going through — we’re here to help, just as we wish someone had been there for us.
