i-goCost: Free
i-go is the Children and Young People’s Additional Needs Register and a FREE Leisure discount card. It is for people 0-25 with additional needs living or studying in East Sussex. This could include learning, physical, or social, emotional and mental health needs. A diagnosis is not always necessary.
The eligibility list includes children and young people who have one of the following:
- Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
- Additional Needs Plan (this could also be known as Specific Support Plan or Provision Map)
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
- Blue Badge
- Concessionary Disabled Person’s Bus Pass
- Medical Diagnosis (including a diagnosed Mental Health Condition)
- No Medical Diagnosis (including Social, Emotional, Mental Health Conditions)*
*An application support form must be completed if you are applying without a medical diagnosis
