Mental Health and Wellbeing Support East Sussex UOK
Cost: Free

The UOK Wellbeing Service is now live, bringing together local mental health and wellbeing support into a clearer, more joined-up service across East Sussex & Brighton and Hove. It is delivered by Southdown, lead provider of the UOK partnership.

You may benefit from support if you are experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress or worry
  • Low mood or depression
  • Loneliness or isolation
  • Low confidence or self-esteem
  • Difficult life changes or circumstances
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Feeling unsure about where to turn for support

Adults aged 18 and over can access free, welcoming support centred on their individual needs.

This may include one-to-one support, peer support groups, social and community activities, and help to connect with specialist services where needed.
