Are you a Neurodivergent (ND) Teen? Do you struggle with your Mental Health?
We are here to help. Come and join us for a yoga session and more!
🌱 Teens (14–17 years) We offer:

- Movement
- Coaching
- Flotation therapy
- Infrared saunas
💧 Carers & Family Members can have free sessions of:
- Relaxation
- Flotation therapy
- Infrared Saunas
Mental Wealth helps reduce anxiety, ease pain, and build social connection.
All places are free for those that qualify due to health conditions. But everyone welcome, £8 for yoga session for those teens that don’t quality for free place. Support with transport available if needed, please email the centre. Not sure if this is for you? Please email or call us to find out.
