Moveability – Tricyling

Cost: Free

Would you like to get back to riding a bike to improve health and wellbeing?

We have a range of bikes, trikes and electric assist bikes to support you. We are on hand to get you started.
If you’ve never ridden a bike or it’s been a long time since you last went out on a bike we can support you.
The Big Park in Peacehaven is the perfect traffic free location to learn with us.
We also love riding through the traffic free Ouse Valley Nature Reserve to Seaford promenade.
