Join Moving Sounds for 90 minutes of musical fun

Come and join us for an afternoon of music, where you can join in too. If you are a carer and look after someone with Dementia, come along together. You will find the fun and laughter in creating music and gently moving together.

It’s a friendly group, led by Mike and Keith, where you will meet new people and leave with a smile on your face.
