Taking Cancer Support Into The Woods

Nurture in Nature is a 10-week programme to support people who have had a cancer diagnosis.

We meet in the woodland at Herstmonceaux Castle over 10 consecutive weeks. There is a maximum of 12 participants and we meet for 3 hours. Our activities include:

• Cooking with Fire
• Foraging
• Mindfulness
• Sharing food and stories

We want to help you boost your wellbeing, relax and connect with Nature

Our next course is due to start on 15th May 2026- Thursday mornings 09.30am-12.30pm and Thursday afternoons 2.00pm-4.30pm
