Red Balloon (Worthing)
A different kind of school that helps young people learn and feel better
Red Balloon Worthing is for young people who have stopped going to normal school because of worries or bullying.
It is a safe, friendly place where students can choose what they want to learn and get help with their feelings. The Centre is open Monday to Friday 9-3pm and can have up to 25 young people.
There are places to do fun activities inside and outside, a cooking room, and a science room. It is near shops, cafes, and the beach. It helps young people grow confidence and get ready for school, work, or training.
