Is your school aged child (4yrs – 19yrs) struggling with sleep?  Do you have issues with mealtimes? Toileting issues? Anxiety around attending school? Problems managing their emotions? Struggling to manage their behaviour and not sure where to get help?

Your Schools Health Team is led by qualified community nurses who can help. Your child does not have to be attending school to qualify.

We will complete a health assessment with you and your child or the young person themselves, to identify the most appropriate help you need.
