Affordable counselling for young people aged 11 to 18

Sussex Community Counselling offers affordable counselling for young people aged 11 to 18. Young people can talk about worries, low mood, friendships, family life, school, confidence or anything else that is on their mind. Qualified counsellors offer a safe and private space to talk without judgement.

Up to 12 sessions are available at a reduced cost of £20 to £40 per session.
