Free courses to help with mental health and wellbeing

Sussex Recovery College offers free courses for adults in West and East Sussex. The courses help you learn how to take care of your mental health or support someone you know. The college is open to people with mental health problems, their families, and workers in mental health.

The courses are run by people who have lived experience and health workers. You can look at a booklet to pick which courses you want and sign up online or by post. When you finish a course, you get a certificate and can join a graduation event. The college helps people gain new skills and feel more confident.
