Are you retired or a bit more time and would like to be more active but not sure where to start?

Come and join us on a local bike ride

We cycle both off and on road and almost exclusively on cycle paths or minor roads.

If conditions allow, we usually like to stop somewhere on the ride for a coffee or lunch.

When: most Fridays, starting at approximately 10:30. Shorter rides on Wednesday mornings begin at around 9:30.

How far: most of our rides are between 15 and 35 miles in length. Lots of our riders have E-Bikes. We occasionally have group excursions further afield than Sussex.

Help with basic cycle maintenance is also available.
