Free guided walks to help your mental health

These friendly, free walks are for adults who want to feel better and enjoy nature. You can learn about the plants and animals living in the Lewes Railway Nature Reserve.

The walks are led by staff or volunteers who love wildlife. They last up to 1.5 hours.

When: Wednesdays and Fridays at 11am.
